Chengdu travel notice

1.If you hope to participate in a tour team organized by Travel Service Agency, the Travel Service Agency shall sign a legal travel contract with you and represent legal, and then provide you with service specified in the contract.

2.If Travel Service Agency fails to organize an independent tour team, it may arrange you into another tour team organized by other Travel service Agency after getting your written consent and indicating this in the contract.

3.You have the right to learn the detailed schedule of tour team, including visiting scope, accommodation condition, food standard, shopping frequency, train and scheduled flight, etc. Travel Service Agency shall tell you the truth.

4.Shopping schedule arranged by Travel Service Agency must be indicated in travel schedule. Travel Service Agency shall not add shopping spots and items temporarily. For the items that are recommended by the Travel Service Agency and shall be on traveler’s own expenses, you are entitled to choose them at your discretion

5.Travel Service Agency must insure you against personal accident.
